Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location. Customers should expect a 7-8 day delivery time, although the shipment may arrive earlier. More time may be needed for special orders.

Shipping Method: Merchandise will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority mail. Customer pays for all shipping, handling and insurance costs. All shipments are insured. If the Customer resides outside the continental 46 United States, there may be additional shipping costs.  If you are ordering from outside the United States, please email for additional shipping fees.

Return Policy: Permission for any return merchandise should be secured by befusedhotglass.com. Satisfaction with your merchandise is important to us.  We can exchange a piece if needed. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from receipt of shipment. Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped should be insured. We can refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any items you purchased from us.
